Finally my living room got a face lift (well, sort of)! I love adding some bright colours to my sofa. It just looks way much nicer than before (sorry IKEA pillows!)
The Owl pillow is the first zipper pillow case I’ve ever made, which was also my first time installing a zipper. Man, it’s not as easy as it seems on some “Sewing 101″ found on the internet. I made an error the first time, so I spent about an hour just to remove the zipper and resew it…I still managed to complete the project in the end, but I think the pillow case could be in a better shape. It could be a while before I can sell this on Etsy, but, you can get the Acorn pillow on my Envelop shop for now. I’m only making it available for a limited time!
